Full Marketing Service - Unlimited photos (what ever it takes to photograph the property), custom design 1 or 2 page brochure (depending on size of property) and a listing on our popular sites, cyberhometour.net and cyberhome360.com with access to your listings via personal password. Upon request, we email magazine quaility 300 dpi images to Homes and Land and other advertising publications you may use. When needed for larger homes, we use additional professional lighting equipment for quality photos. Email for quote on homes over $3,000,000 or homes out of the area.
 
$150 - full package tour for homes up to $179,999
$175 - full package tour for homes between $180,000 and $464,999
$250 - full package tour for homes between $465,000 and $779,999
$325 - full package tour for homes between $780,000 and $1,399,999
$600 - full package tour for homes between $1,400,000 and $2,999,999

Terms: We require payment in advance. Upon completion of this request you will be linked to our credit card processing page. All photographs and brochures are the property of Cyberhometour, LLC. Permission to use is only granted to you for your marketing use. Your listing link will remain active for up to 1 year as long as the listing is active. If you cancel your appointment after we have photographed the property, no money will be refunded. If it is raining the day of the appointment and we are unable to obtain good outdoor photos, we will shoot the interior and return on another day to photograph the exterior. We will refund your money via company check if you cancel your appointment before we photograph the property minus a $10 handling charge. Prices do not include night photography. Email for a quote on night photography. Email for a quote for listings greater than 30 miles from Birmingham. Email for quote on homes selling for more than $3,000,000. Photo and tour links will be emailed to you unless we have a maintenance code to upload for your office. Your broker must give the Birmingham Association of Realtors permission for us to use a maintenance code to upload your photos.
